Introducing

Adaora Edith

The face to our company, fashion visionary, and entrepreneur. She set her sights on pursuing her passion of fashion design, while being a mother to her fifth child at the Paris Fashion Academy in London. With inspiring self-motivation and creativity she went back to Lagos to open her own boutique.

Adaora is the depiction of clothes Ada & Edith aims to design for women: effortless, versatile, and chic.

Her tenacity as both a loving mother and a talented designer, created a legacy. One in which women across the world can experience the richness of high-quality clothes tailored to their own needs and desires.

Design Philosophy

Each piece is designed by our Founder to seamlessly transition from the demands of daily life to moments of personal significance and celebrations. Our design philosophy is rooted in the belief that comfort and style should never be mutually exclusive.

Founder & CEO

Ukonwa Ojo

Ukonwa is the Designer and Founder/CEO. She spent almost 3 decades running some of the largest brands and businesses in the world and made the bold decision in her 45th year on this beautiful earth to pursue her lifelong dream of being a Designer (just like her mom!) In addition she wears a hat of wife, mom, sister, and friend.

Her frustration with a male dominated fashion industry creating clothes for women that didn't always fit the busy lives we actually lived, and the bodies we have and love, gave her the courage to create Ada & Edith with her sisters.
