Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Please use the size chart, but remember that our designs are intended to have a loose fit.
My size is out of stock, when will it be back?
We want to get you the pieces you love as quickly as possible. If a style you love is out of stock, please email us and we'll let you know when the item is back in stock.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Our entire store is free shipping worldwide.
Where do you ship to?
We will be shipping worldwide. International availability coming soon.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is available via our shipping partners.
Can I add an item to my existing order?
Unfortunately, you cannot add items after the order has been completed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Although we provide free shipping worldwide, you are responsible for return shipping, as well as any taxes and duties.
To submit a returns request follow these steps:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or via the Returns Request link in the footer, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I return a gift?
You may return your purchase to us within 30 days of order date unworn, unwashed, and in original tags attached. All returns require a proof of purchase, including gift receipts.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Send it back, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and we will be happy to offer you a refund or store credit towards another purchase.
